Welcome to 2010! I hope that all of my cleints, customers and friends alike have a wonderful 2010. We know that last year was tough for most of you but with the GFC behind us (fingers crossed) things can only get better!

This week I sent my clients a newspaper article regarding the predicted rise in rental income, please e-mail me if you would like to see this article. It definitely makes a positive start to the year.

The office has been inundated with requests to inspect properties, in fact the website alone has increased its hits by over 300%. We have extended our hours of operation to cope with the demand and our staff have taken on extra hours to cope with the workload.
